Alona Bamboo House

Alona Bamboo House is one of the cheapest options near Alona Beach. Simple cottages can be had for as little as P600-700 pesos. If you are on a very tight budget, perhaps an Alona Bamboo House cottage is worth considering.

However, due to the unsafe, dirty and neglected path leading to the beach - I would recommend against staying here (same for Alona Grove, which is right next door). When I first visited this area in 2008, the path was bad - but as of 2016, it's even worse!

If you are just looking for the cheapest place to stay, this is probably the place for you!
