Alona Grove

Alona Grove might be one of the cheapest places to stay in the area. The cottages and surrounding area are peaceful and nicely landscaped.

However, the path to the beach is dirty, smelly and on the semi-dangerous side late at night after a few beers... Even during the day it was not an enjoyable walk (May, 2016). It's better to stay on the road and skip the beach access path!

With that said, this place is still worth checking out - especially if you are on a tight budget.
